Job Skill Requirements

- Ability to read design prints and utilize Computer Aided Drafting (CAD) and Computer Aided Modeling (CAM) software.

- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Education Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Associate degree in engineering, business, sales, or similar preferred.
Experience Requirements
- Metal fabrication estimating experience or strong familiarity with fabrication equipment and methods (laser, forming, welding, stamping, assembly, etc.).
- Knowledge of tooling, jigs, and fixtures preferred.
