As a Production Lead you will coordinate departmental operations and controls in accordance to MEC policies and practices, and knowledge of methods and procedures on machine operation, set up and tear down.

EDUCATION and / or EXPERIENCE
Must have a High School degree or GED. Ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with previous leadership experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
