Job Title: Assistant Football Coach-Defensive Backs/Concessions Manager
Location: Mayville State University, Mayville, ND
Compensation: Hiring Range: $7,990.01 - $9588.01 - Contract from February 16, 2025 - June 30, 2025. There will be additional compensation for the concessions manger duties and responsibilities.
Benefits: This is a part-time, non-benefitted position.
Position Details: Mayville State University, an NAIA institution and member of the North Star Athletic Association, invites applications for the current position of Assistant Football Coach with an emphasis as defensive backs coach.
Responsibilities and Duties for Coaching Include:
- Coaching the defensive backs
- Assisting in game planning
- Assisting in film breakdown
- Fulfilling all duties and responsibilities assigned by defensive coordinator
- Assisting in the weight room daily
- Assisting in coaching weightlifting techniques
- Strength planning over the summer
- Data collection of alumni information
- Assisting in fundraising events
- Assisting in on-campus recruiting events
- Assisting in local off campus recruiting
- Creating name tags, locker plates, graphics for recruiting days
Responsibilities and Duties for Concessions Include:
- Train and supervise concessions staff to ensure efficient operations for all home games
- Monitor inventory levels of food, beverages, and supplies
- Handle cash
- Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage for all shifts
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- One year coaching experience
