Job Details
The Curriculum Developer will assist in the development, execution, and periodic review of a Training Support Package (TSP) for engagement operators within an internet-based program in Tampa, FL. This role conducts analysis of training requirements and designs and develops instructional approaches and/or strategies to meet training requirements. The Curriculum Developer incorporates authoritative changes, best practice changes, emerging technologies, and proscribed systems into the TSP.
Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Must have an active Top Secret clearance.
Responsibilities:
- Design instructionally valid training materials
- Ensure integrity of task analysis, training requirements, training hierarchies, instructional materials, and evaluation plans
- Interact with customer and program leadership to ensure instructional content is current and comprehensive
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in education or a related training discipline
- Experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree
- Requires 3 years of experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in education discipline
- Related instructional development experience is highly preferred
