Mayvin is seeking a Senior-Level Program Management Analyst with IT experience to help our DHS CWMD client with the day-to-day running of the GATE-U program. We are looking for a senior program management professional with IT experience who can assist with the day-to-day running of the GATE-U program and assist with maturing processes and procedures.
Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Clearance Required: Active Secret clearance and ability to pass DHS background investigation.
Responsibilities:
The DHS Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction (CWMD) Office is requesting an A&AS staff member to provide IT project management support to the GATE-U Program Manager. The scope of their efforts will be:
- With technical support from the GATE-U Software engineering team, conduct an Operational Analysis and Assessment (OA) of the GATE-U Program. This includes writing the OA plan and OA analysis report.
- Assist the GATE-U Program Manager with general Program Management activities (i.e., budgeting, risk management, configuration management, scheduling, stakeholder management and outreach) for the GATE-U Program and the Cognitive Sensor Network (CSN) Project.
- Develop Program Management documentation (i.e., CONOPS, Risk Management Plan, Configuration Management Plan) for the GATE-U Program and the Cognitive Sensor Network (CSN) Project.
- Assist with the production of contracting documentation for the GATE-U AWS Software Engineering contract/task order, AWS and Microsoft Azure contracts/task orders, and CSN Support contract/task order.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience supporting DHS IT programs
- Understanding of the Cloud Based (AWS, Microsoft Azure) General Support Systems (GSS) for a United States Federal Government Department or Agency
- Bachelor’s degree and 20 years of experience or master’s degree and 18 years of experience
- Note: Individual should reside within commuting distance of the Washington DC area to allow regular onsite collaboration with the GATE-U Program Manager, Software Engineering Team and other stakeholders / customers.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Active Top Secret
- Experience with the GATE-U environment
