Mayvin is seeking a Senior EOD Analyst to support the United States Navy and NAVSEA Headquarters at the Navy Yard in Washington DC.
Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Must have an active Secret clearance.
Responsibilities:
- Support the lifecycle sustainment and management of Joint EOD Tools and Equipment
- Support the Business IT modernization and infrastructure of the publication’s portfolio
- Provide EOD operational and programmatic support to a major NAVSEA program office
- Assist in lifecycle sustainment planning for EOD tools and equipment and transitioning new tools and equipment to sustainment
- Able to develop cost estimates, schedules and conduct market research supporting the program
- Must be familiar with the PPBE process and able to support the necessary for cost estimation, preparation and justification in support of DoD program execution
- Assist acquisition and contracting professionals to ensure acquisition programs are executed in compliance with DoD and NAVSEA policies and procedures
- Work in a collaborative team environment and be comfortable working matrixed personnel as well as both military, civilian, and other contracted personnel
- The candidate will be expected to assist in the preparation of various presentations, mid-year reviews, quarterly execution reviews, and briefings

Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years relevant experience in a U.S. Navy EOD Leadership position with the ability to provide oversight and support for a full range of EOD tools and equipment
- Bachelor’s degree
- Understanding of the DoD 5000 Series Acquisition framework and documentation requirements
- Familiar with Machine Learning Operations (MLOps) to develop common interfaces for data sharing
- Ability to conduct market research, cost estimates, technology assessments, and program schedules
- Ability to develop and track ECP management documentation
- Support the preparation of funding execution documents to support the JEOD portfolio
- Assisting in Navy ERP to include but not limited to: work breakdown structure/project structure maintenance and cost-planning
- Track and report program financial statuses through the full lifecycle of pre-award, post-award, and expenditure
- Assisting with budget formulation and submission
Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in a relevant field (in a related field preferred)
- Demonstrated excellence in written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and familiarity with MS Project
- Experience with Visio and Access (preferred)
- Proficient in AI/ML architecture and SW acquisition / development
