Job Details
Mayvin is seeking a Senior Program Manager responsible for supporting the United States Marshals Service’s (USMS) Office of the Director-Office of the Strategic Insight (OOD-OSI). The individual performing in this position must take direction well and work independently. The Senior Program Manager shall assist the USMS HQ Divisions with management, oversight, and direction for planned and ongoing projects to help ensure efficient operations.
Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Must undergo a Background Investigation (BI)
Responsibilities:
- Manage the battle rhythm for producing the Director’s Quarterly Performance Review (QPR) briefing book. Involves
- Setting and maintaining a specific schedule to collect agency performance measure data and strategic project updates from 16 divisions via a SharePoint-based application
- Work with team members to produce two iterations of draft briefing slides; distribute QPR briefing books to Executive Leadership and other key individuals; upload electronic versions of the briefing slides to OSI’s intranet site
- Coordinate with the Office of the Director to schedule Quarterly Performance Reviews (QPR) briefings and provide in-office administrative, technical, and presentation support
- Assist USMS Divisions with brainstorming and creating milestones for strategic projects for multiple disciplines
- Manage the OSI intranet site. Develop information materials for Frequently Asked Questions and Training areas
- Manage the OOD Business Integration Center’s (BIC) monthly meetings and coordinate speakers, briefings, agenda, and presentations. Coordinate speakers and briefings for BIC Chiefs. Create the meeting agenda and presentation
- Provide ad-hoc writing and editing support to other OSI projects
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Nine years of specialized experience that is related to the duties described
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal employees and outside sources
- Exhibit a high level of confidentiality
- Ability to adapt to change quickly and effectively
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior Federal Government experience
