Job Details
Test Coordinator will ensure the quality and performance of complex systems by overseeing and managing testing activities. Work closely with project teams, including developers, engineers, and analysts, to coordinate and execute testing efforts, ensuring project deliverables meet quality and functionality expectations.
Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Clearance Required: SECRET w/ Ability to obtain TS
Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute testing activities in alignment with project schedules.
- Develop and maintain test plans, cases, and scripts based on system requirements and design specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define testing objectives and deliverables.
- Conduct test readiness reviews, document defects, and track resolutions.
- Monitor and report on test execution progress and quality metrics.
- Support automated and manual testing processes to validate system functionality.
- Facilitate integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Ensure compliance with industry and customer standards for quality assurance and control
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
- 3 years of experience in software or system testing, including test coordination.
- Strong understanding of testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Proficiency in defect tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, ALM)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, TestComplete).
- Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices.
- Certifications such as ISTQB, CSTE, or equivalent.
