MULTI-STUDIO GENERAL MANAGER
JOB DESCRIPTION: One of the newest concepts in the health and fitness industry is in search of strong and passionate leaders to fuel its path to become the premier fitness franchise company in the world. We are seeking an experienced Multi-Studio General Manager to oversee and drive the success of both our Murfreesboro and Franklin fitness studios. This leadership role focuses on team development, operational excellence, and achieving membership growth and retention goals across all locations.
REQUIREMENTS: The General Manager is responsible for the overall day-to-day management and operations of the business. He/she is responsible for actively pursuing enrollment of new members, obtaining leads, giving studio tours, scheduling classes, establishing and maintaining community relationships, and managing the studio teams. This position requires some weekend shifts. This is a full-time position, directly responsible for contributing to the following areas:
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to Studio Managers and fitness teams.
- Responsible for meeting performance metrics (KPI’s), revenue, inventory, payroll, cost controls and facilities maintenance
- Membership sales
- Personal Training sales
- Oversee hiring, training, and development of managers and staff to build high-performing teams.
- Drive member acquisition and retention through exceptional service and community engagement.
- Implement and uphold brand standards across all locations.
- Local marketing / lead generation
- Member retention
- Cleanliness and maintenance of the studio
- Professional customer service
- Class Utilization analysis
- Sales Revenue goal setting and tracking
- Model all studio activities through self-involvement (leading by example)
- Be promotions oriented and have the ability to direct sales through company required outreach programs

*Qualifications must include one year of fitness membership sales experience and/or fitness sales experience or one year of general sales experience; as well as a proven track record of developing and effectively implementing sales strategies, achieving sales results, and be a person of high integrity. Management experience is preferred, but not mandatory. Must be willing to commute to both the Murfreesboro location and Franklin location. The compensation package consists of a base salary, commissions, and benefits.
