Host/Hostess

Overview
We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Hostess to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and exceptional service. This role requires excellent communication skills and a passion for providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests as they arrive and provide them with a warm welcome.
• Manage the seating chart to ensure efficient table turnover and guest flow.
• Assist guests with inquiries about the menu, specials, and restaurant services.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host area.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Excellent communication abilities to interact effectively with guests and team members.
• Willingness to help pre-bus tables when needed, and ensuring restrooms are stocked throughout service.
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A positive attitude and willingness to help others, contributing to a collaborative team atmosphere.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $10.00 per hour
