Director of Rigging

The Director of Rigging is responsible for building, leading, and directing a team of rigging specialists to manage non-standard rigging opportunities and customized lifting projects; creating and executing short- and long-term strategies, establishing clear objectives, roles, responsibilities, and KPIs; driving a culture of customer responsiveness and technical expertise to ensure profitable growth in sales and operating profits with P&L accountability; and collaborating as a key member of the LB Rigging leadership team to support and align with the overall lifting business strategy.
