- Oversee and optimize processes in benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Research and resolve variances identified during monthly benefit audits.
- Provide essential administrative support for leave of absence and ADA processes.
- Help us maximize the potential of our newly implemented HRIS to streamline HR workflows.
