“Lifting School” is an internal Mazzella program designed to raise the bar and set a new standard for our Lifting Branches and Branch Managers. The Lifting School Program Manager will develop, implement, and facilitate the Lifting School program to grow future Branch Managers for Mazzella Companies. Working with the students, lifting leadership, subject matter experts and the Lifelong Learning team, the Program Manager will ensure students learn all facets of Mazzella companies including culture, finance, sales, operations, marketing, etc.
