What are the responsibilities and job description for the Team Lead position at MAZ SHARED MANAGEMENT COMPANY, LLC?
The Team Lead will perform all duties necessary to manufacture Below-the-Hook lifting devices according to company policy and procedures, as well as customer deliveries, as needed. They will schedule and assign work, oversee production and training of all employees assigned. The Team Lead is also responsible for coordinating shipping and receiving and maintaining accuracy in reporting requirements.
