Technical Support Specialist

The Mazzella Service Desk is the face of the IT organization and interacts closely with the entire Mazzella organization. We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to provide excellent IT technical support and assistance to users in a timely and efficient manner. This role involves diagnosing, troubleshooting, and provisioning recommended IT hardware, IT software, and managing service requests to ensure smooth operation of IT services. The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, excellent problem-solving skills, a customer-centric approach, and a strong understanding of IT systems.
