Job DescriptionThe Manager, Retail Marketing is responsible for planning, executing, and tracking the performance of retail marketing initiatives. This role supports regional execution and dealer engagement by providing training, field and dealer resources, and comprehensive reporting. The Manager collaborates closely with vendor and agency partners to manage program performance and drive success. Additionally, this position works with cross-functional teams including Sales / Regions and external partners, to develop and implement marketing campaigns that align with business objectives.

Retail Marketing Program Management - 50%Evaluate program(s) functionality and performance regularly and provide proactive recommendations for enhancementsSupport region and field team execution of marketing programs, inclusive of training and concise performance analysisProvide consistent and comprehensive program performance reporting to Executive teamsSupport Demand Generation efforts by managing agency oversight of campaigns inclusive of accurate offers, timeliness to market, and performance reportingSupport Demand Capture efforts by managing agency oversight of preferred providers, communicating incentive and carline launches, and performance reportingDevelop communications for relevant audiences to support program changes, enhancements, and performanceAct as a key liaison between corporate marketing, sales regions, and dealersVendor Management - 30%

Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resourcesWork closely with agencies and vendors to ensure high-quality program executionDevelop and distribute training materials and program insights to providers, partners, and field teamsEnsure partners continuously optimize, retail marketing programs by integrating the latest technologies and efficienciesEnsure vendors meet deadlines, fulfill reporting requirements, maintain program accuracy, and provide dealer / regional support as neededEmployee Management & Development - 20%

Provide clear direction, support, and guidance while fostering a positive, inclusive, and productive work environmentParticipate in recruitment and selection process to hire top talent and make employment decisions. Promote a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, quality, and accountability.Conduct regular performance reviews, set performance goals, recognize high performance, and promptly and appropriately address performance concerns by working with upper management and HRQualifications and Other Requirements :

Education (Minimum) :

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business or related field, or equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience, required.

Experience :

5 years' experience in marketing, customer experience management, or a related role within retail, e-commerce, or a similar industry, preferably in the automotive industry, to include :

Experience in digital marketing preferredDealer facing experience preferredExperience in project management preferredKnowledge / Skills / Abilities

Understanding of retail and digital marketingAbility to concept, create, and execute marketing programsStrong written and oral communication skills to express ideas effectively in individual and group settingsProficient in Microsoft office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)The ability to organize - be organized, re-organize and make suggestions for project organization to maximize efficiencyStrong foundation in media technology, video and audio technology, automotive retailAbility to work cross-functionallyUnderstanding of media and agency production preferredUnderstanding of automotive metrics preferredStrong analytical skills preferredBeing a "self-starter" (being able to identify needs and take action) preferred
