Description of the role:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric approach. Must have the ability to meet daily sales calls, emails, and appointment quotas. Obtain Mazda product knowledge certifications and keep current with the top in Mazda industry. As an Automotive Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers in finding their perfect vehicle, and closing sales deals. Be willing to work longer hours than 9-5. 9-5 paychecks are small, we don't like small paychecks here. Associate must perform duties described above at a high level with transparency and integrity. WE OFFER SALARY BONUSES OR COMMISSION PAY PLANS based off experience and comfort.
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction

- Assist customers in finding and purchasing a vehicle that meets their needs and preferences
- Provide exceptional customer service to drive sales with a minimum of 12 sales per month
- Maintain closing statistics above industry average 12% Internet, 25 % phone, 40% walk in
- Assist customers in finding and purchasing a vehicle that meets their needs and preferences
- Conduct test drives and provide thorough product demonstrations to potential customers
- Negotiate and close sales deals in a timely manner
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, features, and specifications
Requirements:
- Prior experience in automotive sales or a similar role is preferred
- Efficiency, Honesty/Integrity
- Aggressive follow up on commitments
- Keen attention to detail with adaptability
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with teamwork mentality and positive attitude
- Calm under pressure with strong work ethic/burning desire to be better than average
- Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
