Hire and manage technicians, service advisors, and support staff to build a high-performing team. Drive problem-solving initiatives and ensure service and sales objectives are consistently met. Supervise service department personnel, enforcing policies and procedures to maintain efficiency and compliance. Implement and oversee processes to evaluate staff performance, optimize workflow, and enhance customer communication. Develop and manage work schedules while tracking Service Technicians' productivity and performance. Lead employee training and development programs to foster continuous growth and technical expertise. Maintain a safe, well-equipped work environment, ensuring proper maintenance and repair of all service equipment. Qualifications / Requirements - Service Manager : Dealership and Supervisory experience in a Service Manager position We will also consider Service Technicians, Service Advisors, and Assistant Service Managers with 5 years of experience Mazda experience is a plus Outstanding customer service and customer retention skills Team building and development ability, motivational and leadership skills Understanding of Service Department financial analysis Please upload your resume.
