Position Overview

As the Automotive Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in helping our customers secure financing for their vehicle purchases. You will work closely with the sales team and financial institutions to provide tailored financing solutions, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in securing financing options that meet their needs and budget.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions and lenders.

• Present financing and insurance (F&I) products to customers in a transparent and ethical manner.

• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations regarding automotive financing.

• Manage and submit all required documentation accurately and efficiently.

• Collaborate with the sales team to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.

• Stay up-to-date on financial products, programs, and industry trends.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Automotive Finance Manager or similar role in the automotive industry.

• Strong knowledge of financing and insurance processes, products, and regulations.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• Proficiency in dealership management software and F&I tools.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
