Responsibilities
- Proactively improve performance through coaching and feedback provided by the team
- Attend training until you are qualified to teach each topic
- Devote part of your day on the phone prospecting for new business
- Hold yourself accountable to perform daily prospecting efforts to ensure success
- Meet buyers and sellers to help them reach their goals, which can include evenings and weekends
- Share knowledge in a team environment to better the team as a whole
- Hold other team members accountable for the success of the entire team
- Have a team-oriented mindset where culture is most important while still focusing on achieving goals
- Seek out potential homebuyers and provide them with information on available properties that meet their needs and budget
- Have open houses to build relationships with prospective homebuyers and introduce them to their local real estate market
- Follow up with prospects via email, phone, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified leads
- Be the main point of contact between buyer and seller to ensure a successful sale
- Compile representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for homebuyers for a seamless transaction and positive sales experience
