Maze Lounge is looking for a seasoned Restaurant Manager with the following experience and skills :
- 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager working in upscale and high-volume restaurants
- Additional experience working in upscale nightclubs, bars, hotels and / or events
- Knowledge of fine dining steps of service and service techniques
- Experience overseeing bottle service and nightlife entertainment
- High sense of urgency and attention to detail with customer service
- Proven record of success reaching sales targets
- Experience in conflict resolution
- Experience managing people based on fundamentals of labor laws and motivational leadership
- Tech savviness to be able to operate different technology platforms
- Excellent communication skills in English, and preferably, working knowledge of Spanish
