- Display courteous, professional service and effectively communicate with internal/external customers.
- Safely lead a rigging inspection that exceeds customer expectations and helps glean repetitive business.
- Problem solve autonomously, incorporating our goals and principles, while utilizing subject matter experts when necessary.
- Utilize a working knowledge of manufacturer/industry standards, including ANSI/ASME/OSHA during the inspection.
- Can explain applicable standards, instructions, and specifications to the internal/external customer.
- Lead a post-inspection meeting to report defective/substandard material/products to the customer and your manager.
- Obtain customer approval with complete documentation/signatures on the SRO (Service Repair Order).
- Maintain a clean/orderly customer work area, company vehicle, and equipment - follow all customer/Mazzella Companies’ Safety Guidelines.
- Train/Develop team members to maintain consistent quality service and safety standards for internal/external customers.
- Other duties as assigned.

Experience & Skills
- Have a working knowledge of manufacturer/industry standards, including ANSI/ASME/OSHA.
- Demonstrated analytical, conceptual, and planning skills.
- Qualified/Competent person with 400-600 field hours and 10-80 hours of inspection in each product group.
- Qualified as a Personal Fall Protection Competent Person.
- Able to lift/pull a minimum of 50 pounds, work in various weather conditions, and walk most of the day.
- Proven foundational technology literacy.
- Be a certified inspector.
- Education/Experience in collaboration, conflict management, or sales acumen.
- Safety record containing no incidents.

- A working knowledge of manufacturers and industry standards, including ANSI and OSHA, is a plus but will train the right candidate meeting our cultural requirements.

- Requires solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical, conceptual and planning skills are required.
- Overall basic IT/PC/Technology literacy a plus but will train the right candidate.
- Must be detail oriented, self-motivated and disciplined with the ability to multi-task
- Demonstrated mechanical aptitude
- Must successfully complete a criminal background check, physical, drug screen and E-verify.
