Requirements
What You’ll Do
- Receive, organize, and edit raw video and audio assets for post-production
- Create and animate title graphics, transitions, and other visual elements
- Edit and enhance video content with story sequencing, sound design, and color correction
- Assist with pre-production tasks like script writing, scheduling, and storyboarding
- Support live-event A/V production for podcasts, quarterly updates, and business strategy meetings
- Monitor and optimize video campaigns using tools like Hubspot, Wistia, and YouTube
- Publish final video files across social media channels and internal media platforms
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to align content with strategic goals
- Stay current on video trends, equipment, and best practices to improve content quality
- 1-2 years of experience in video production and post-production
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop
- Strong skills in video editing, story sequencing, sound design, and color correction
- Experience creating and animating title graphics and transitions
- Basic knowledge of cameras, lighting, and on-set audio capture
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with social media marketing and video campaign strategies (YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook)
- A desire to learn and help grow the Mazzella Companies brand
- Must be able to showcase a portfolio of past projects
