Position Overview
We are seeking a Labor & Employment Shareholder to lead and expand our client's thriving labor and employment practice. The ideal candidate will bring a portable book of business and have extensive experience advising employers on a broad range of workplace matters, including employment litigation, labor relations, and compliance issues.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow the labor & employment practice, including strategic client development.
- Advise clients on complex employment law issues, including discrimination, wrongful termination, wage and hour compliance, and restrictive covenants.
- Represent employers in federal and state courts, arbitration proceedings, and before administrative agencies such as the EEOC and NLRB.
- Conduct workplace training sessions on compliance with labor laws, harassment prevention, and best employment practices.
- Collaborate with firm leadership to drive business development initiatives and mentor junior attorneys.
