Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Automotive Wholesale Seller to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in the wholesale automotive industry, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in vehicle valuation, relationship building, and negotiation. This role involves sourcing, appraising, and selling vehicles to other dealerships and wholesalers, requiring a deep understanding of market trends and the ability to cultivate strong business relationships.
Compensation:
- Wage: $30/hour
- Schedule: Mon to Fri from 9am to 5pm
- Minimum Requirements: 20 cars/month
- Bonus: $50/sold car
Responsibilities:
- Vehicle Valuation: Accurately appraise vehicles based on current market conditions, vehicle history, condition, and other relevant factors. Utilize industry resources and tools to ensure competitive and profitable pricing.
- Sales & Sourcing: Proactively source wholesale platform from various channels, including auctions, and other dealerships. Develop and execute sales strategies to effectively market and sell wholesale inventory.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing dealer partners and cultivate new business opportunities. Represent the company professionally and ethically in all interactions.
- Negotiation: Effectively negotiate pricing and terms with buyers to maximize profitability and achieve sales targets.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about current market trends, including supply and demand, pricing fluctuations, and competitor activities. Use this knowledge to make informed sales decisions.
- Inventory Management: Manage wholesale inventory, ensuring accurate records and timely processing of paperwork.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all transactions, including purchase orders, sales invoices, and vehicle information.
- Compliance: Adhere to all relevant industry regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive wholesale sales.
- Proven ability to accurately appraise vehicles and understand market dynamics.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Established network of contacts within the dealer and wholesale community is a significant advantage.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient1 in using industry software and tools.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
