- Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction
- Develop and implement performance management systems and associated KPIs for the engineering group
- Exercise authority and approve decisions on all engineering matters
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (Master's degree preferred)
- 15 years of experience in engineering with knowledge and experience in multiple market sectors
- PE license
