Responsibilities
The Senior Vice President of Engineering will have full P&L responsibility across all engineering divisions, inclusive of forecasting, budgeting, and reporting. This individual will also exercise authority and approve decisions on all engineering matters.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with the CEO and COO to ensure succession plans are in place for the Engineering Group
- Developing and implementing performance management and associated KPIs for the Engineering Group
- Communicating with industry leaders, clients, and potential clients to ensure awareness of industry best technical practices
