Key Responsibilities:
- Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the marketing department’s integration activities
- Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including social media content, email campaigns, and promotional materials
- Using various software, including word processing, PowerPoint, design tools (e.g., Canva), spreadsheets, and presentation software
- Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and insights
- General administration responsibilities such as email support, data entry, file organization, and proofreading/quality assurance
- Learn the different tools and vendors that the department uses
- Perform other duties as required to support the marketing team
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience
- Graphic design experience utilizing Canva or other graphic design platforms
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytic skills and attention to detail
