- Conceptualize and execute creative graphic design solutions
- Collaborate with marketing and branding teams to develop visual concepts
- Manage and mentor junior designers to maintain quality and consistency
- Create engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing projects
- Contribute to the development of the overall brand strategy
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and articulate design rationale
- Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate best practices
- Coordinate with external agencies or vendors as needed
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas
- Refine images, fonts, and layouts using graphic design software
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver compelling designs
- Manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work within deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
- Proven experience as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong grasp of typography, layout, color, and visual communication
- Experience in branding, logo design, and developing brand guidelines
- Ability to effectively communicate design concepts and rationale
- Knowledge of print and digital design best practices
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and visual details
- Up-to-date knowledge of design trends and best practices
- Ability to work well in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
- Experience managing and mentoring junior designers is a plus
