Role & Responsibilities
- Support MB2's Home Base hiring needs by working closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop strategies to attract the best candidates
- Track and manage jobs and candidates in an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Review submitted resumes and source passive candidates
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate fit
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates
- Negotiate job offers with candidates and facilitate the onboarding process
- Actively build a bench of talent compatible with the company culture for future hiring needs
- Participate in Talent Acquisition events and conferences as needed
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of recruiting experience is required
- Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), preferably iCIMS
- Experience with Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Results-driven personality with strong organizational skills
- Comfortable with change and able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment with variable workload
- Polished and professional presentation and communication style
- Must be local to DFW as the role will require in-office presence with the option for some remote work
