Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Engagement: Warmly greet guests upon arrival, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued.
• Order Management: Accurately take food and beverage orders, input them into the POS system, and relay them promptly to the kitchen and bar staff.
• Menu Expertise: Maintain thorough knowledge of our menu offerings to answer guest inquiries and provide recommendations.
• Service Delivery: Serve food and beverages efficiently, adhering to company standards and ensuring timely delivery.
• Event Support: Assist in setting up and servicing daily events, contributing to their success and enhancing guest satisfaction.
• Payment Processing: Handle guest payments accurately, including cash and credit transactions, and provide correct change and receipts.
• Cleanliness and Maintenance: Ensure dining areas, service stations, and equipment are clean, organized, and meet health and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Prior experience as a server in a high-volume setting is advantageous but not mandatory; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
