We are seeking a highly skilled Software Quality Assurance Specialist to join our Software Process Management (SPM) Team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in records management, excellent organizational skills, and familiarity with document control processes in a technical or engineering environment.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (preferred) or related field from a U.S. board of accreditation such as ABET
- 5 years of experience in records and archive management, preferably in a technical or engineering environment
- Experience with SDLC processes (Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid approaches)
- Familiarity with document control and compliance in a technical or engineering context
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards in technical fields
- Experience with electronic document management systems and version control
- Proficiency in writing technical audit reports using Microsoft Office
- Excellent attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work collaboratively in team environments and with customers
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check & drug test
