We are currently seeking a Software Tester whowill support the Delivery Technology Programs group within the Engineering HQ for the US Postal Service.
Job Duties :
- Collaborate with cross-departmental stakeholders to gather business requirements and align IT solutions with business needs.
- Facilitate change management and training during new process or system implementations.
- Perform SIT and UAT testing, communicating results and ensuring deliverables meet functional and business requirements.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and PMO / business customers, managing expectations and project timelines.
- Utilize SQL for data analysis to support decision-making.
- Document functional requirements using techniques like user stories and process flow diagrams in Visio.
- Translate business needs into actionable requirements and manage change requests (CRs).
- Oversee backlog management, sprint planning, and task delegation.
- Provide Level support using ServiceNow and maintain version control for technical documents, including API guides and ICDs.
- Organize and maintain documentation in SharePoint.
