Customer Service Delivery Agent-FedEx Driver

Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Delivery Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for transporting goods to various locations while ensuring timely and safe delivery. You will play a crucial role in maintaining customer satisfaction through excellent service and efficient route management.

Duties

• Safely operate a delivery vehicle, ensuring compliance with all traffic laws and regulations.
• Load and unload products, utilizing equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts when necessary.
• Plan and follow efficient routes to ensure timely deliveries.
• Communicate effectively with customers, providing updates on delivery status and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including signatures and receipts.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections to ensure safety and reliability.
• Assist in warehouse operations as needed, including inventory management and organization.

Skills

• Proven experience as a courier or delivery driver is preferred.
• Familiarity with route driving and navigation tools to optimize delivery efficiency.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and moving of goods safely.
• Strong customer service skills to interact positively with clients.
• Experience operating warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate record keeping.
• Ability to work independently while managing time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: From $160.00 per day

Expected hours: 35 – 55 per week
