Associate Attorney Commercial Litigation
- Hybrid Role 4 days weekly work from home eligible and 1 day in the main office.
Requirements :
2 years of experience in civil / commercial litigation including cases such as Business financial institution labor employment and product liability litigation.
Offer legal assistance for cases involving personal injury and general liability litigation.
Work with the Investigation Team on factual investigations and assessments.
Create and manage legal documents like pleadings motions notices and written discovery materials.
Participate in case conferences depositions hearings trials mediations and arbitrations.
Engage in firm meetings hosted events and business conferences.
Hold a valid license and uphold good standing to practice law in Texas.
