Associate Attorney Civil Litigation Personal Injury & General Liability

Requirements :

2 years of experience in civil litigation insurance defense : personal injury & general liability.

Offer legal assistance for cases involving personal injury and general liability litigation.

Work with the Investigation Team on factual investigations and assessments.

Create and manage legal documents like pleadings, motions, notices, and written discovery materials.

Participate in case conferences, depositions, hearings, trials, mediations, and arbitrations.

Engage in firm meetings, hosted events, and business conferences.

Hold a valid license and uphold good standing to practice law in Texas.
