Job Summary
The Client Care Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring exceptional service and support for our physical therapy clients. This position involves managing patient inquiries, coordinating appointments, verifying insurances, and providing administrative support to enhance the overall patient experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical office operations, demonstrating excellent communication skills and a commitment to patient care.
Duties
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, addressing inquiries and providing information regarding services offered.
- Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments efficiently while ensuring optimal use of resources.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with medical office standards.
- Collaborate with physical therapy staff to facilitate smooth operations within the office.
- Assist in the management of insurance verification processes and patient billing inquiries.
- Provide administrative support including filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
- Uphold a high level of professionalism while interacting with patients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a medical or physical therapy office setting is preferred.
