What are the responsibilities and job description for the Field Maintenance Technician - Arizona position at MBI Acquisition Corp?
MBI is seeking a Field Maintenance Technician (FMT) to fill an immediate need in our Facilities Department. This role is crucial in ensuring our Centers remain well-maintained and presentable for both staff and patients. The FMT may also be assigned to assist in other markets as needed, which may require overnight travel.
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Work Location: 77 E. Thomas Rd., Phoenix, AZ 85012
Must be flexible for occasional out-of-market travel and overtime as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance and repairs, including painting, drywall patching, light plumbing, and electrical work.
- Adhere to safety protocols while working in Centers to prevent injuries and damage.
- Represent the department professionally by being polite, punctual, and proactive.
- Close out maintenance tickets in Zendesk.
- Complete Center Condition Reports during site visits.
- Follow a set schedule based on market needs
- Assist the Construction Manager with projects and buildouts as required.
- Ensure Centers are stocked with necessary maintenance supplies during each visit.
- Track mileage and submit expense reports per company policy.
- Travel to other markets as needed.
- Conduct site visits during buildouts and renovations to report progress and ensure CD adherence.
- Confirm vendor work or punch-out work is completed to satisfaction
- Assist in setting up new Centers to support openings.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by department management.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in maintenance or construction.
- General HVAC knowledge is a plus but not required.
- Ability to safely use ladders and perform overhead work.
- Must have basic carpentry tools.
- Reliable transportation capable of carrying materials, a ladder, and tools.
