This PRN opportunity in our Northern Colorado market offers collaboration with fellowship-trained clinicians and is ideal for both new graduates and experienced therapists.
Compensation : Hourly rates range from $58.00 to $71.00, based on experience
Work Schedule : PRN, as-needed coverage
Responsibilities :
Evaluate and assess patients' physical therapy needs, formulate specific treatment plans and goals, and implement these plans with physician approval.
Completion of all required documentation in an accurate and timely manner, including :
Initial evaluations
Daily treatment notes
Staffing reports
Discharge summaries
Reassessments
Patient education activities
Billing and insurance-related documentation
Other patient care-related documents as needed
Provide patient educational services, both verbally and in writing, documenting all educational activities and patient responses in charts.
Supervise the administration of physical therapy services by the Physical Therapy Assistant as needed.
Participate in treatment plan reviews, patient case review conferences, patient assessments and reassessments, and staffing with physicians.
Adhere to the company's established policies and procedures, including strict patient confidentiality.
Support the Medical Director in tasks such as Utilization Review and Quality Assurance.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
Valid physical therapy license in good standing or eligibility to practice in Colorado.
Current CPR certification.
Flexibility to provide coverage at our Loveland, Greeley, and Fort Collins Clinics as needed.
