WAREHOUSE AND FULFILLMENT CENTER ASSOCIATES
Schedule: 7am to 3:30pm, Monday - Friday with overtime during peak season

MBI, Inc., one of the nation’s leading direct marketing companies, is looking to hire several associates to work in our fulfillment operation at our 200,000 sq ft Torrington location. We are a fulfillment operation tasked with shipping products directly to customers and everything that must happen ahead of shipping to prepare the products ordered to be shipped.
We are currently seeking full-time associates for various areas in our fulfillment center including:
- Shipping
- Inspection
- Packaging
- Returns processing
- Light assembly
- Personalizing products using laser engraving and heat transfer equipment
We pride ourselves on creating a safe and clean workspace that is set up to help associates get the best possible results.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma/GED preferred.
- Motivated, energetic, and dedicated to the highest standards of excellence
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Specific experience is a plus, however not required
Similar background experience for this position is not required.
