What are the responsibilities and job description for the Janitorial Professional position at MBM Janitorial Services, LLC?
We are looking for positive, proactive individuals who is able to work independently and with a team, and has an attention to detail.
Pay is $15.00-$16.00/hour based on experience.
This building will require services 1x/week. The amount of yours will be about 5-7 hours/pay period.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning duties to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the facility
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
- Empty trash cans and replace liners
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies
- Dust and wipe down surfaces
- Clean windows and mirrors
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishment as needed
- Follow safety protocols and use appropriate cleaning chemicals and equipment
Experience:
- Previous experience in facilities maintenance or janitorial work preferred
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques, such as buffing and floor stripping, is a plus
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
- Good physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks and standing for long periods of time
