Direct Sales Representative
Job Summary and Objectives:
Direct Sales Representative is responsible for expanding the customer base by acquiring new, paying residential subscribers through direct, in-person outreach. This role focuses on individual homes and may include multi-dwelling units (MDUs). The Direct Sales Rep will proactively navigate neighborhoods, engage potential customers, and drive sales while collaborating with peers and the team leader.
Providing excellent customer service by following the company’s customer service standards: Ownership, Professionalism, Troubleshooting, keeping customers informed, and providing customers with an experience beyond their expectations.
Essential Job Functions:
- Close residential and commercial sales within assigned territory.
- Prospect and qualify potential customers through door-to-door interaction.
- Educate potential customers on MBO history and value proposition.
- Build and maintain a lead pipeline through in-person outreach, phone calls, and email follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, conversions, and follow-ups.
- Partner with team members to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Meet or exceed established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Sales quota achievement
- Lead conversion rate
- Customer satisfaction
- Lead generation efforts
- Product knowledge mastery
- Flexible Schedule with evening and weekend hours expected.
- Referral fee of $150 paid per activated customer.
- Required to wear company apparel and ID badge in the field.

- Some travel within the assigned area is necessary.

Certification/License Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license required
Work Environment:

Education:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Sales or customer service experience preferred
This position is Safety Sensitive under the Oklahoma medical marijuana law.
Other duties may be assigned at the discretion of management based on the needs of the business.
Salary : $150
