Salary :
Cimarron Telephone is looking to hire a Warehouse Operations Associate capable of working in our warehouse facility aiding in the maintaining and organizing of materials used in the communication industry. At times, the associate may be tasked with working outside of the warehouse, helping maintain company facilities as needed.
This is a safety sensitive position.
This position is supervised and has no supervisory responsibilities.
Responsibilities to include-
Ability to carry out instructed tasks in a timely manner.
Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
Ability to read and interpret written information.
Ability to produce and process numerical data accurately.
Ability to work with other team members in a professional manner.
Maintaining and managing inventory levels.
Maintain and organize warehouse space.
Ensure accurate record-keeping.
Loading and unloading shipments of material.
Obtaining vendor quotes for materials when needed.
Placing orders with vendors.
Verifying shipments of ordered materials are correct.
Processing invoices and statements.
Distributing materials and tools as needed.
Scheduling of fleet vehicle maintenance.
Seasonal duties as needed.
Observe company safety procedures.
Requirements-
Have efficient computer skills and can create documents and spreadsheets using Microsoft Word and Excel.
Able to process emails.
Have a valid Oklahoma drivers license.
Able to operate machinery such as forklift.
Able to climb ladders.
