Concrete Laborer/Carpenter

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Concrete Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and a passion for construction. As a Concrete Laborer, you will be responsible for various tasks related to concrete work. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Constructing forms from blueprints for the production of precast concrete pieces inside our facility
• Managing all aspects of the layout, cutting of raw materials, assembly of forms, nailing, measuring and confirming dimensional layouts
• Ensuring the support of precast piece detail changes to ensure the team meets the daily production schedule.

Qualified candidates will possess the following:

• previous carpentry, cabinet-making, construction or framing experience
• experience reading and interpreting blueprints

• basic math skills along with the ability to read a tape measure down to 1/16th of an inch
• proven experience using handheld carpentry and power tools to build structures
• the commitment to working in a team-focused environment
• a strong work ethic with a passion for creating high quality work with top-level safety awareness

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
