Remote Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for new clients. This means taking inbound calls, interviewing new leads and signing them up for trials.
- Manage lead databases, respond to inquiries, and reactivate former clients.
- Take weekly meeting notes and send daily and weekly reports
- Assist with hiring and trainer onboarding
- Attend weekly remote team meetings (Tuesdays at 12 PM)
In-Person Tasks (Occasional):
- Run errands (e.g. merch, printing, supplies)
- Assist with events, sign-ups, setup, takedown, and filming
- Support trainers with tech issues or studio setup
- Help photograph sessions and approve social media content with our media designer
Required Skills & Traits:
- Excellent communication and customer service
- Persuasive and confident when guiding client decisions
- Experience with scheduling or fitness POS software
- Open to feedback and calm under pressure
- Strong writing and verbal communication
- Collaborative and team-focused
- Self-directed, organized, and a problem-solver
- Access to reliable transportation, internet, and cell service

- Experience in the fitness industry
- Living near Seattle
- Admin, sales, or project management background
- Flexibility for occasional weekend work
