Job Overview: We are a small business looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an E-Commerce Product Prep, Packaging, and Handling Associate. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is eager to learn, and wants to grow within the company. No prior experience is required as we are willing to provide training to the right candidate. This job would be great for any cycling enthusiast, someone who likes to get away from the corporate-style job, and/or someone that would like the ability to learn and grow with our company. The training this job provides does provide the team member vital training in this industry. Whether one stays with our company or not, the experience learned with us is great on future resumes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare products for shipment by carefully packaging items to ensure safe delivery.
- Inspect products for quality control before packaging and shipping.
- Label and organize inventory accurately.
- Handle incoming shipments and stock organization.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines.
- Work efficiently to meet daily production goals.
- Assist with other tasks as needed to support business operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work at a fast pace and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills are a plus but not required.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and move packages and inventory up to 60 pounds.
- Comfortable standing, walking, and moving throughout the workday.
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment.
