MBS is hiring a Civil Engineer for a customer of ours in Toledo, OH. This company has lots of advancement opportunity. This is a contract opportunity.
FULL JOB DESCRIPTION
PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Landfill design, permitting and compliance support services.
- Preparation of annual license applications, modifications, exemptions, and construction documentation reports for various landfill facilities.
- Aerial mapping using Drone technology and GPS surveying.
- Preparation of NPDES permits and associated reporting.
- Preparation of air permits and associated reporting.
- Interface with government agencies, i.e. OEPA, US Army Corps of Engineers, ODNR, Various health departments, etc.
- Prepare Environmental Permit applications for 401 Water Quality Certifications, 404 USACE permits, and various engineering programs including slope stability, hydrology, and hydraulics applications.
- Prepare design calculations for landfills, surface water drainage structures, slope stability, leachate generation and other relevant calculations.
- Preparation of proposals, invoicing, and general project management.
