MBS is hiring a Learning and Development Supervisor in Newell, WV. This position is a full-time, Direct hire opportunity.
FULL JOB DESCRIPTION
PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support and serve employees by fostering purposeful growth, promoting a culture of care, facilitating continual improvement, and being a passionate advocate for organizational betterment
- Work to create and maintain a shared vision, shared values, and an environment where employees can be fully involved in achieving departmental and company goals or objectives.
- Promote the advancement of our employee education and development programs, processes, and systems to foster purposeful growth.
- Oversee all activities related to the education and development of both new-hire and existing employees.
- Serve as the administrator of the site's education records database or learning management system (LMS).
- Assist all departments in identifying and implementing all learning and development needs to improve employee knowledge, skills, and performance
- Conduct assessments of our learning and development programs, processes, and systems to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement
- Assist in developing and analyzing various key performance indicators that drive continuous improvement of the site's learning and development programs, processes, and systems.
- Coordinate and schedule educational courses and employee development activities as needed.
