MBS is in urgent need of a Senior Program Manager. This position is a remote full-time, temp to hire opportunity.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Priority is to oversee the overall TSA exit process, creating detailed workplans for each TSA, executing the agreed upon exit plan, monitor the execution of the seller’s workplans for rTSAs and administer the change control process.
- Understand NAC team's process and roles/responsibilities for reporting financial results
- Identify key gaps in processes, controls, and resources.
- Recommend Finance responsibilities and roles to move to CFO's team
- Direct the planning, execution, and measurement/status reporting of the TSA workstream.
- Identify improvement opportunities for the workstream and develop actionable solutions.
- Manage change and ensure effective communication across all stakeholders.
- Ensure effective change management practices are utilized throughout the program lifecycle.
- Create timelines, agendas, communications, and reporting and toolsets for workstreams.
- Provide direction and support to program members throughout the TSA exit lifecycle.
- Administer the change request process.
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in program management, with a focus on financial and organizational processes.
- Strong analytical and consultative skills.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex programs and workstreams.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to identify gaps and develop effective solutions.
- Experience in managing change and ensuring effective communication.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in creating documentation, flowcharts, and narratives.
- Familiarity with financial reporting processes and roles.
- Strong analytical and consultative mindset to support the TSA workstream
