We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our Department of Information Technology. In this role, you will work on a variety of projects aimed at enhancing and maintaining custom solutions on the ServiceNow platform. Key responsibilities and requirements include :
Responsibilities :
- Enhance and maintain existing custom ServiceNow solutions
- Develop new solutions on the ServiceNow platform
- Create and manage Service Catalog items
- Collaborate in requirements gathering and design review sessions
- Design and implement solutions that meet business requirements communicated both verbally and in writing
- Troubleshoot and debug issues within existing applications
- Diagnose platform issues using system logs and debugging tools
- Utilize browser-based debugging tools (e.g., Chrome, IE, Firefox)
- Conduct demos for client stakeholders and gather feedback
- Work within an Agile project management environment
- Communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally, with strong meeting and session facilitation skills
- Handle data conversion, including data integration (real-time and batch), mapping, transformations, bulk data import / export, mass updates, cutover plans, and exception handling
